I expect all of these puppies to be great companions, with good attitudes, correct conformation to do any type of performance.  All of Mariahs puppies have herding instinct so will make well rounded ranch or farm dogs as well.  I kept two puppies from her previous litter, Cruz and Jorja, who are a joy to own and live with.  All the previous puppies from this litter are small aussies, with gorgeous color and heads, and moderate coat.

Eye check has been done all passed with no issues!

Puppies bred by Garcitas Creek Kennel are sold with health, hip, and eye guarantee until 3 years old.

We raise our puppies in our home.  They are handled and played with daily.  Socialized with human adults, children, other dogs and pets.  Every effort will be made to produce a happy well adjusted puppy from the selection of the parents to the handling and care of the puppies until they leave our home. The rest is up to you.

• Sire and dam of each litter has been OFA certified clear of hip dysplasia.

• Sire and dam are certified clear of eye defects.

• All puppies eyes are examined and cleared by a certified canine opthalmologist.

• Each puppy is sold with individual registration applications for ASCA & AKC.

• Pedigrees and health records

• The puppies each have recieved the appropriate health preventatives for their age.

• All puppies are sold on contract.

PRICING

Companion/performance puppies are sold with a spay/neuter contract.  Owner will receive limited registration papers.  Puppies sold on this contract are not suitable for breeding or showing in the conformation breed ring, but are suitable for performance, work, or pet.  Companion puppies may be available after seven weeks of age.

Companion puppies are priced @ $500. to $800 depending on color and sex.

 * A $100.00 deposit will reserve a companion puppy.

Breeding/Show

 quality puppies are sold with a guarantee against any  faults that would disqualify them from the breed ring or hereditary defects which would affect the suitability of the dog/bitch for breeding.  Aussies purchased on a breeding contract will be co-owned until the dog is OFA certified clear of hip dysplasia and there eyes are certified clear of eye defects before breeding.  In addition if a dog is bred before they are certified clear of health defects, all guarantees of the breeder are cancelled.  Breeding quality puppies will not be available until eight weeks of age.

Breeding puppies are priced starting @ $1000.00  * A $100. deposit will reserve a breeding quality puppy.

* Deposits

 are usually non-refundable.  The deposit will be deducted from the purchase price of the puppy.  Deposits may be applied towards future litters if you do not receive a puppy from the current litter.
